Please sign in and click on the Professional Info menu option. As proof of your identity, you need to upload a scanned copy of any photo ID Card issued by the government (e.g. PAN Card, Driver's License). You can do this by clicking on the "General" tab. Please upload a copy of your certificate for each educational qualification or professional certification, via the appropriate tabs. Our support team will verify the documents against the information provided by you and set your profile status accordingly. Best Regards, The 8KMiles Team

Hi,

In the above forum post, document upload procedure have been mentioned as " You can upload documents by clicking on the "General" tab."

There was a change in document upload flow. You can do this now by clicking on the "Documents" tab under "Edit Profile" menu option.

I have attached a document explaining the document upload procedure.
